Slower Than Portland, Oregon
Slower Than were a 3-piece from San Francisco, active between 1996-1998. The band members were Ryan Stowe on guitar (The Swords Project, The Places), Jen Braun on bass (Tiger Trap) and Arturo Diaz on drums.
